This cabin is not a party cabin! It is intended for the use of responsible adults and families who respect the cabin and the quiet community of Alta Sierra! Occupants who do not follow the rules in the rental agreement will be asked to leave without a refund of rent and deposit! Thank You!
NOTE: The Kern County Planning Department has directed us to temporarily limit our maximum occupancy to 6 guests for all new reservations. A few people in the community have complained about too much noise and partying. We hope to get the occupancy to 10 ASAP. We apologize if this causes an inconvenience.
This cabin comfortably sleeps 12 people. It has 4 bedrooms and a upstairs loft with a beautiful spiral staircase, Two spacious bathrooms, granite countertops throughout and a wrap around porch to look at the giant pine trees from any angle. We are only two miles away from the Alta Sierra Ski Resort!!
